Remember way back when I did a post about the Boots & Barkley Pop Open Dog Kennel? The point of that post was to establish the fact that the kennel impossible to fold up back into the miniscule shape that I bought it in. It’s one of those springy, nylon tent things. The small fold up size is wonderful…if you’re smart enough to decipher the ancient coded directions and fold it back up. At the end of the post I stated that my engineer boyfriend would eventually return home and grab the kennel and fold it up instantly. And then laugh at me because I was too dumb to figure it out.
I was 100% correct.

Finally….after pain, humiliation, shame, and other character defamation I was able to fold the damn thing up! I AM TRIUMPHANT!

All it took was a smarty pants engineer to give me the push to figure it out.
Next quest: Learning how to do basic Algebra!

We have a 3-way tunnel like that .It’s been tossed to the basement . It’s on it’s way to the trash can because someone (your mother) can not fold it up. Ty IS a genius!!

Oh man haha! I totally got here after searching “how to fold pop open kennel” because I was just laughing at myself trying to fold up the one we have… for my collie. Yes, I am wrestling with something with the exact same design as yours, except it is XL! Hopefully with your instructional video I will finally be successful. Thank you for sharing it.
Yeah, I just spent about 20 frustrating minutes trying to fold this extra large one. Thanks so much for posting the vid!! Although I’m sure it will still take me a little while to do it, at least I know it IS possible:)

My son and his family went on vacation for two weeks and I took care of Ginger Marie, Black Lab, a real sweetheart, anyway my son told me he had already set up the kennel tent in the house. Well they were returning and I wanted to have everything ready to go–I couldn’t figure out how to fold, no directions, so I said I’d just get on the internet and find the info–thank you-Thank You for the instruction video–I know my son will ask me how I figured it out w/o instructions, but I’ll just remind him not to underestimate his Dad–
