Anal Glands

I love the Internet and everything that it brings to the world.  It’s possibly one of the sweetest inventions ever!  Except for electricity and remote controls.  I spend WAY too much time surfing the Internet.  I have about 10 sites that I have to visit everyday.  And I’ve just discovered a brand spankin’ new one that I thought you all might enjoy.

Expert Village calls themselves the world’s largest how-to video site.  I love being able to jump on the Internet and find an immediate answer to a question or directions on how to do something.  I feel a little awkward telling you how I ran across this site, but since we’re bff’s and all I’ll tell you.

Hurley has the unfortunate habit of scooting.  What the heck is scooting?  Scooting is when a dog sits on the floor and uses his front feet to propel himself across a surface, such as carpeting or in Hurley’s case-pavement.  I thought this was caused by worms, but thank god he doesn’t have them.  After further research, I found out about anal glands.  Yes-it’s as repulsive as it sounds.  Apparently dogs ‘scoot’ across the ground to express their anal glands.  Did you just throw up a little in your mouth?  Thought so.  Well, I sure as heck dont’ want Hurley getting anal glad juice all over my apartment.  I searched for a how-to video on how to express anal glands.  I don’t know if I will actually have the balls to do this myself, but I am seriously thinking about it since I really REALLY hate it when he scoots his doggy rear end all over the place.  Since I keep it R-E-A-L on PLSF I will let you know if I do this and how it works out.  I’m sorry if I just grossed you out royally.  You’ll get over it. 

Back to the point of the post; which isn’t really expressed in the title.  That was just put there for the shock factor.    Expert Village popped up when I googled anal glands.  Saweet, that’s exactly the type of website that I need.  It has everything from how to express anal glands to cooking pancakes to creating flower arrangements to how to win beauty pagents.  I likey!

I’m really a visual learner so I think this site is exactly what I need.  If you don’t find a helpful on this site then you aren’t looking hard enough!

Basically, what I’m getting at is that there is a video for everyone!
